Nothing will be due to the Agent for his activity in case of missed termination of the deal. Only in case of termination of the deal (art. 1326 c.c.), the customer is obliged to pay the Agent an agreed fee to an extent: agency fee equal to 3% + VAT for law.

This compensation will mature and must be paid at the same time as the pre – proposal / contract has been completed or, in its absence, on the conclusion of the final contract.
